• Marketing videos for products/services you own or represent
• Internal training and demo videos
• Educational content

3. Prohibited Uses

• ❌ Generating videos that impersonate real people without consent
• ❌ Creating misleading or deceptive content designed to defraud
• ❌ Producing spam campaigns violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or Malaysia's PDPA
• ❌ Generating content that is sexually explicit, violent, or hateful
• ❌ Using AI-generated videos in ways that violate the law
• ❌ Harvesting or misusing others' personal data as video inputs
• ❌ Automated/bulk generation beyond your plan limits via unofficial means
• ❌ Reselling generated videos as your own AI product

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos are AI-generated. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before sending. AIVideoLiao is not liable for how you use generated videos.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in: warning → suspension → permanent ban. No refund on termination for Acceptable Use Policy violations.
