Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time on a plan.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

2. Credit Top-ups

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Exception: if credits were not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will refund or re-credit within 5 business days.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund if:

  • ✅ You were charged twice for the same period (billing error)
  • ✅ Your account was charged after you cancelled (within 7 days of the charge)
  • ✅ A major platform outage (>24 hours) prevented you from using the service in a given month

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@aiviodeoliao.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Currency

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. International users may see a USD equivalent — the final charge is in RM.
