1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AIVideoLiao, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIVideoLiao is an AI-powered video generation platform for sales and marketing teams. Users provide scripts and prospect information, and the platform generates personalized video content for sales and marketing use.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person; no account sharing.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

  • Free plan includes limited credits monthly.
  • Paid plans (Pro, Team) renew monthly (currently Pro RM199/month, Team RM499/month).
  • Credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AIVideoLiao to:

  • Generate spam, deceptive, or misleading content.
  • Impersonate other people or companies without consent.
  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the platform.
  • Generate content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit.
  • Use the service to harass individuals.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership

  • You own the scripts and prospect data you input.
  • You own the videos generated using your credits.
  • You grant AIVideoLiao a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use prospect information you enter.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Intellectual Property

  • AIVideoLiao platform, design, and code are owned by AIVideoLiao.
  • You may not copy, resell, or white-label the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages from service interruptions.
  • Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
  • We may terminate accounts for Terms violations.
  • On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are resolved in Malaysian courts.
