If you have ever landed on a company blog and wondered whether a post was a release note, a tutorial, or a bit of both, you are not alone. We heard the same confusion from property teams, insurance advisors, and Shopee sellers who share links internally — so we split the library into two lanes you can scan in seconds.
Everything public still lives under `/news` for a simple URL, but each card and article is labelled News or Guide so you know the intent before you commit your attention.
News stays skimmable: what changed, what to try first, and where to look in the product. Guides stay operational: scripts, checklists, and channel tactics you can paste into your next sprint.
Why we grouped it this way
Search engines reward clear structure. When titles, intros, and section headings line up with a consistent format, it is easier for Google to show the right snippet — and easier for humans to forward the right link on WhatsApp.
Internally, it also keeps our roadmap honest: product announcements do not get buried under a 2,000-word tutorial, and deep dives do not masquerade as changelog entries.
- News covers shipping updates, billing clarity, and timely market notes (like adoption trends).
- Guides cover repeatable workflows: hooks, formats, tier choices, and compliance-friendly patterns.
- The dashboard surfaces the same labels so your team sees one vocabulary everywhere.
What you can expect next
We will keep publishing here rather than hiding knowledge in support macros alone. Longer term, we may add RSS, author bylines, or richer media — but the baseline is a readable archive you can link to from listing pages, agency decks, or training PDFs.
If you want a topic covered, send it through the contact form with enough context about your segment (e.g. high-rise subsale vs landed, or health vs general insurance). The backlog is real; polite nudges help us prioritise.
